Gentry McLean’s practice at Daffer McDaniel involves primarily patent litigation matters. Her previous experience includes positions as a patent agent, an assistant professor of electrical engineering, and a law clerk to the late Honorable Will Garwood of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Dr. McLean has prosecuted and litigated patents in subject areas including semiconductor devices and technology, digital rights management, cryptography in financial networks, computer technology, processor architectures, optoelectronic device technology, movie theater design, and mobile device antenna design.
