Meredith’s principal area of practice is complex patent litigation. Meredith has experience in all phases of litigation preparation and strategy, Markman hearing preparation, trial preparation, and both district court and ITC trials. She has experience in handling matters in a wide-range of technological fields including the chemical, mechanical, electrical, and computer fields. In addition, she has experience in a variety of additional areas, such as commercial litigation, including management of electronic and other types of discovery in complex litigation, and commercial and business transactions.
